The cap

A classic trucker with a cotton blend twill front and a mesh back, so it breathes. Good for outdoor brands, events and everyday wear.

• Six panel, mid profile, pre curved visor
• Front: 60% cotton, 40% polyester twill. Back: 100% polyester mesh
• Cotton sweatband
• Snapback closure, one size fits most
• Thread colors: see the thread chart in the photos, then list your choices in the Thread Colors box

A one time digitization fee of $30 applies to all new logo hat orders. It covers the setup and digitizing of your design so it is ready for hat embroidery specifically. Once digitized, your file is saved for future hat orders. This is different from digitizing for clothing or tote bag logos, because hat embroidery is a different technique.

Ordering more than one hat?

The $30 setup is charged once per design, not per hat. Add your first hat to the cart with New Logo Setup set to Yes, then add the rest with No. Everything checks out together as one order.
